Built on a 1975 concrete slab, the building offers solid acoustic and thermal insulation — and on the top floor, with no neighbour above, the quiet settles in within minutes. The house's signature stag bust watches over, a benevolent totem on its dark console.

The first bedroom wears a vibrant mustard-yellow wall in dialogue with a natural rattan bed — solar warmth and raw materials in perfect balance. The second answers with the softness of warm red bricks, gingham linens and a desk facing lush botanical wallpaper.
